    • Pain in the abdomen, pelvis, sometimes radiating to the low back, is the most common symptom
    • Feeling of bloating or indigestion
    • Increased abdominal girth
    • Feeling an urge to have a bowel movement or having difficult, painful bowel movements

What are the ovaries and how big are they?

The ovary is one of a pair of reproductive glands in women that are located in the pelvis, one on each side of the uterus. Each ovary is about the size and shape of a walnut. The ovaries produce eggs (ova) and the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. The ovaries are the main source of female hormones, which control the development of female body characteristics such as the breasts, body shape, and body hair. They also regulate the menstrual cycle and pregnancy.

What are ovarian cysts?

Ovarian cysts are closed, sac-like structures within an ovary that contain a liquid, or semisolid substance. "Cyst" is merely a general term for a fluid-filled structure, which may or may not represent a tumor or neoplasm (new growth). If it is a tumor, it may be benign or malignant.

#Serracor #Systemic #Enzyme #Therapy for #Endometriosis

What is Endometriosis
A disorder in which tissue that normally lines the uterus grows outside the uterus. Endometriosis usually develops several years after the onset of menstruation (menarche). Signs and symptoms of endometriosis end temporarily with pregnancy and end permanently with menopause, unless you're taking estrogen.

Causes
Although the exact cause of endometriosis is not certain, possible explanations include:
  • Retrograde menstruation. In retrograde menstruation, menstrual blood containing endometrial cells flows back through the fallopian tubes and into the pelvic cavity instead of out of the body. These displaced endometrial cells stick to the pelvic walls and surfaces of pelvic organs, where they grow and continue to thicken and bleed over the course of each menstrual cycle.
  • Transformation of peritoneal cells. In what's known as the "induction theory," experts propose that hormones or immune factors promote transformation of peritoneal cells — cells that line the inner side of your abdomen — into endometrial cells.
  • Embryonic cell transformation. Hormones such as estrogen may transform embryonic cells — cells in the earliest stages of development — into endometrial cell implants during puberty.
  • Surgical scar implantation. After a surgery, such as a hysterectomy or C-section, endometrial cells may attach to a surgical incision.
  • Endometrial cells transport. The blood vessels or tissue fluid (lymphatic) system may transport endometrial cells to other parts of the body.
  • Immune system disorder. It's possible that a problem with the immune system may make the body unable to recognize and destroy endometrial tissue that's growing outside the uterus.

Everyone wants immediate relief and truthfully there are none. Endometriosis is a serious female only condition. While doing research I discovered that many people have severe inflammation when diagnosed with endometriosis. The nattokinase enzyme has been spoken of all over the internet. Serracor, specifically can reduce internal inflammation. Scar tissue and inflammation improve greatly after just a week of enzyme therapy. Go the holistic approach and try Serracor!

Symptoms

The primary symptom of endometriosis is pelvic pain, often associated with your menstrual period. Although many women experience cramping during their menstrual period, women with endometriosis typically describe menstrual pain that's far worse than usual. They also tend to report that the pain increases over time.
Common signs and symptoms of endometriosis may include:
  • Painful periods (dysmenorrhea). Pelvic pain and cramping may begin before your period and extend several days into your period. You may also have lower back and abdominal pain.
  • Pain with intercourse. Pain during or after sex is common with endometriosis.
  • Pain with bowel movements or urination. You're most likely to experience these symptoms during your period.
  • Excessive bleeding. You may experience occasional heavy periods (menorrhagia) or bleeding between periods (menometrorrhagia).
  • Infertility. Endometriosis is first diagnosed in some women who are seeking treatment for infertility.
  • Other symptoms. You may also experience fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, bloating or nausea, especially during menstrual periods.
The severity of your pain isn't necessarily a reliable indicator of the extent of the condition. Some women with mild endometriosis have intense pain, while others with advanced endometriosis may have little pain or even no pain at all. Endometriosis is sometimes mistaken for other conditions that can cause pelvic pain, such as pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or ovarian cysts. It may be confused with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), a condition that causes bouts of diarrhea, constipation and abdominal cramping. IBS can accompany endometriosis, which can complicate the diagnosis.

When to see a doctor

See your doctor if you have signs and symptoms that may indicate endometriosis. Endometriosis can be a challenging condition to manage. An early diagnosis, a multidisciplinary medical team and an understanding of your diagnosis may result in better management of your symptoms. Mayo Clinic Source

#Excellacor eases internal #Inflammation Associated with #AutoImmuneDisorders

Internal inflammation is a silent issue. Because you can't see it, the autoimmune sufferers are often ignored. Inflammation is associated with Lupus, MS, Arthritis, Celiac disease, and PCOS.

Polycystic ovary syndrome
Systemic enzymes break down fibrin, reduce inflammation, reduce scar tissue, reduce inflammation response (autoimmune disorders) and reduce viruses in the body. They are designed differently from digestive enzymes as they are meant to break down in the small intestine, instead of the stomach, so they reach your blood stream to reduce inflammation.

Requires a medical diagnosis
Symptoms include menstrual irregularity, excess hair growth, acne, and obesity.
People may experience:

Serracor-NK 150/ 300 Vegetarian Caps Circulatory & Respiratory Support Systemic Enzyme Formula  Contains Enteric-Coated Serrapeptase & Nattokinase

Systemic lupus erythematosus (lupus)

The Bottom Line is that systemic oral enzymes help sufferers of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis and systemic lupus erythematosis. Enzymes help by slowing the disease process, and reinforcing important immune functions.  Although doctors in the 1800s first described lupus as a skin disease because of the rash it produces, it actually affects many organs, including the joints, kidneys, brain, and heart.

The immune system normally fights off dangerous infections and bacteria to keep the body healthy. An autoimmune disease occurs when the immune system attacks the body because it confuses it for something foreign. There are many autoimmune diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).

The term lupus has been used to identify a number of immune diseases that have similar clinical presentations and laboratory features, but SLE is the most common type of lupus. People are often referring to SLE when they say lupus.
SLE is a chronic disease that can have phases of worsening symptoms that alternate with periods of mild symptoms. Most people with SLE are able to live a normal life with treatment.

According to the Lupus Foundation of America, at least 1.5 million Americans are living with diagnosed lupus. The foundation believes that the number of people who actually have the condition is much higher and that many cases go undiagnosed.

Symptoms can vary and can change over time. Common symptoms include:

  • severe fatigue
  • joint pain
  • joint swelling
  • headaches
  • a rash on the cheeks and nose, which is called a “butterfly rash”
  • fingers turning white or blue and tingling when cold, which is known as Raynaud’s phenomenon

Serracor-NK is a powerful blend of enteric-coated Serrapeptase and Nattokinase. Systemic enzymes known for their fibrinolytic properties, with antioxidant herbs, CoEnzymeQ10 and magnesium. Serracor-NK supports a healthy circulatory system & normal fibrin metabolism. Supports the body’s natural response to inflammation including respiratory and sinus, and cardiovascular health.

Besides pain, anxiety and mental “fog,” fibromyalgia patients may also suffer from chronic fatigue symptoms. This is all to common and typical of fibromyalgia, a condition that causes widespread muscle pain and tenderness, and can often bring about debilitating fatigue.
There are more and more pop-up web pages with 10-12 vitamins necessary on a daily basis. I can assert that taking them wont hurt you, but it wont help very much at all. The regimen is exhausting. Try Serracor! Ancient herbs used in Chinese medicine have been known to do as much or more than taking twenty vitamins a day.

#Systemic #Enzymes for #Lupus Try #Serracor #Nattokinase

Systemic Enzymes for Lupus

Serracor is a specialized systemic enzyme. You can buy it on Amazon or direct. I urge you to try it for any inflammation associated with Lupus. Try the holistic approach and get off the steroid treatments.

There are many testimonials that prove it works. The studies have shown that Serracor can improve the stiffness and rigidity of joints especially in the morning. Within a week you will notice the stiffness you normally felt in the morning will be dissipating. The tissues that are thickening with become more transparent, thus a better mobility, range of motion and less fatigue.

Many people who have gone the traditional route of prescription drugs have made mention of side effects, like hair loss. The flare up involving Lupus can not be planned. Most physicians will do a round of steroids for the inflammation build up. Steroids have so many complications and side effects. Here are some examples:

When taking oral corticosteroids longer term, you may experience:
  • Clouding of the lens in one or both eyes (cataracts)
  • High blood sugar, which can trigger or worsen diabetes.
  • Increased risk of infections.
  • Thinning bones (osteoporosis) and fractures.
  • Suppressed adrenal gland hormone production.
Serracor is amazing for reducing inflammation, cholestrol and it has no liver enzyme side efects. Most prescription drugs, taken long term, require monitoring of the liver for increased or decrease function.

“Recent research has shown that fibrin plays a key role in the inflammatory response and development of rheumatoid arthritis.-Wikipedia

Enzymes help by slowing the disease process, and reinforcing important immune functions.  Although doctors in the 1800s first described lupus as a skin disease because of the rash it produces, it actually affects many organs, including the joints, kidneys, brain, and heart.

Making Time for Yourself: The Mental Health Benefits of Self-Care

Making Time for Yourself: The Mental Health Benefits of Self-Care
People often adopt an “I’ll-get-around-to-it” attitude toward self-care, not realizing that by the time they do get around to it, they may already be suffering from the damaging effects of stress. When you’re super busy with work, family, and personal obligations, taking time to soak in a hot bath, go to the movies, or take a walk in the woods seems like a waste of time you can’t afford. In truth, what you can’t afford is to ignore your emotional needs and treat self-care as an irresponsible indulgence. Ignoring mental health is a risky prospect, particularly when you’re busy. Everyone needs downtime and a break from the unrelenting demands of a hectic life.
Burnout Protection
Mental burnout is an unfortunate effect of the expectations we place on ourselves and the day-to-day responsibilities we face at work and home. Self-care is the antidote for burnout. Doing what you enjoy and finding ways to take your mind off things is the brain’s way of shielding itself from being overwhelmed by external stimuli. Too often, extreme and unrelieved mental fatigue is the outcome of a stubborn refusal to take self-care seriously and pushing yourself beyond the ability to cope with stress. Working toward career and personal success is a worthy endeavor, but it’s important to maintain a healthy perspective on it all. Observing self-care habits is how we achieve balance and preserve mental health.
Impact of Stress
Stress can be a lethal threat to both body and mind if left uncontrolled. Unfortunately, many people don’t realize it when their stress level reaches the danger zone. It’s damaging to your mental outlook and leads to elevated blood pressure and cardiovascular problems, as well as a compromised immune system and weight gain. When stress takes over, you’ll find it difficult to concentrate and function at a high level, which can cause problems in your professional and personal life. Relationships often suffer when one partner is unable to cope with stress, relieving the pressure by lashing out at others. Self-care acts as a mental safety valve, diverting your attention from problems and protecting you from the dangers of chronic, unrelieved stress and symptoms that can easily undermine your mental well-being and physical health.
Focus
The ability to concentrate, to bring all your mental faculties to bear on a task or problem, is absolutely essential to achieving success at work. Supervisors, colleagues, and co-workers will notice very quickly if you’ve lost focus. Mistakes become commonplace, your behavior may become erratic, and your devotion to doing quality work will wane. Before you know it, stress has turned you into a beleaguered shadow of your former self. An employer may jump to mistaken conclusions, believing your distracted behavior is symptomatic of a substance abuse problem, mental health problems, and a lackadaisical attitude at work. Self-care helps recharge your mental batteries and keeps you motivated to work toward personal and professional goals without sacrificing your mental health.
Self-Care Strategies
Don’t overlook basic self-care tactics, things many of us take for granted like making sure you get enough sleep each night, turning down excessive requests for help, and just setting aside time for simple relaxation. Low-impact exercise is an excellent easy-to-do activity that helps put you in a relaxed mood and leaves you feeling good about yourself. If you’re in addiction recovery, it’s important to find things that divert you from stressors that lead to relapse behavior, such as taking up a new hobby or learning yoga and meditation.
Think of self-care as a personalized strategy for alleviating the effects of stress. Good mental health is essential if you’re intent on succeeding at work and home. Self-care can keep your stress under control and help you maintain a healthy perspective on life.
